Our organisational structure

We operate a decentralised model which places the resources and decision making power closer to our customers. It encourages accountability and allows us to act quickly and be flexible, which is a clear competitive advantage, especially in a fast-changing world.

Group teams and resources

Group head office functions, including legal, finance, M&A, IT and communications, provide support to our businesses, enabling them to grow. The Group Risk and Internal Audit function ensures compliance and that risks are managed appropriately.
